The Voice Of The Archangel - I Thessalonians 4:13-18

Our focus in this message is on a voice mentioned only once in Scripture. This is the voice of the archangel, and in context, the voice of this angel is part what we know as the rapture of the church. While the word Rapture is not in the Scripture, the concept of the Rapture does exist. The word Rapture means a seizing away or a snatching away. This is the next even God has revealed to us. With the great turmoil in the world, today, it is fitting to remember Christian that Jesus has promised us He will come to call us home and at that moment the archangel will sound his voice and we shall be raptured or caught away. We must understand the rapture of the church.
