Why Are You Serving? - Philippians 1:15-18

In this passage, Paul mentions people that are preaching Christ for various motives. I do not believe that he was referring to false teachers or preaching another gospel. I believe that these people were actually preaching Christ, but they had false motives for doing so. You and I can be guilty of serving in the church for the wrong reasons. We must understand that your motives matter as much as your actions.
